Dear Fellow EFT Practitioner,

If the success rate quoted in that headline sounds absolutely unbelievable, we've got good news for you.

The good news is there are simple techniques, that anyone can learn, that can take your success rate with EFT all the way up to 91% and beyond.

This is the first time this information is being taught to EFT practitioners. By learning and applying this information you will be amongst the best trained and most qualified EFT practitioners. And, believe us, when you get results like these your clients will make it their business to tell their friends, family and colleagues about you.

I'm Dr. Alexander Lees (though I prefer "Alex"), and I am an EFT Expert and NLP Certified International Trainer. As a psychotherapist in private practice I've actively used EFT and NLP together for the last 7 years. As well, I present workshops internationally on NLP, EFT and The Mind/Body Connection. In my 20 years of private practice I have never once run an advertisement or solicited for clients in any way. My practice runs exclusively on referrals from past and present clients, and the reason I am booked solid for weeks in advance is simple. I get amazing results.

____________________

I'm Rehana Webster and I am an EFT Master and an NLP Master Practitioner and I'm fortunate to live in beautiful New Zealand. After 15 years doing trainings in the corporate world I went into private practice and love what I do now. With my extensive background in NLP and adding EFT to my therapist's "toolbox" (7 years ago) I am helping people lead the lives they want. One way I measure my success is that people are willing to drive for four hours (or more) and fly in from other countries, to come and see me. I must be doing something right.

Many EFT Practitioners Aspire To Have
The Same Level Of Success We Do.

Together, we want to share our knowledge and experience with you. We want to teach you some of the "stuff" we know, so you too, can get amazing results and people will seek you out, no matter where you live.

With our combined skills we both are able to achieve excellent results for our clients. Many EFT Practitioners aspire to have the same level of success we do. For both of us, be it through teaching EFT, receiving feedback from students and/or observing other EFT Practitioners, we've come to recognize that there is a missing piece in their EFT Practitioner's "toolbox." That missing piece is the information contained in the Heart of Delivery workshop. If you would like to increase your knowledge, your skills and your client load, we'd like you to come with us while we explore how we do it.

There are really only two reasons why learning this information is invaluable:
  • To help understand yourself in a more meaningful way.
  • To help understand your clients, so you can help them to feel better.

Why Add NLP Techniques to EFT?

Great question! And the answer is simple. The heart of any therapeutic encounter is in communicating with your clients. NLP offers a way for people to begin to understand their communication and motivation styles, and how these 'invisible' characteristics affect their lives. You can easily learn to identify any person's communication style because these characteristics show up in the language people use, and they can identify various behaviours and thinking styles.

The better you, as the practitioner are at communicating with
your clients and understanding what they are telling you,
the greater success you will have in helping them.

And, that's what this workshop is all about. Learning how to observe and inter-react with your clients, so you can help them. That is the Heart of Delivering EFT, and developing the Heart of Delivery will provide you with even greater opportunities to help people.

Isn't helping people the reason you
became a Health Care practitioner in the first place?

Now, before we go any further we want to point out one thing.

This is advanced level training, and space is strictly limited. We will only open a workshop like this to a small group, so we have an opportunity to work with every one of you personally throughout the course of the weekend.

For this reason, we're only looking for those who are dedicated to achieving a level of excellence with EFT to join us.

Now, although we strongly recommend that participants have had previous EFT training, other participants will be considered on a one to one basis.

And if you are truly dedicated to achieving excellence with EFT, here are just some of the benefits you'll enjoy after you attend the Heart of Delivery - Adding NLP to EFT Workshop in October.

Here Are The Advantages You'll Gain:

  • Become "results" focused, and watch your EFT practice explode on the strength of past and present client referrals

  • Discover the real formula for success, and enjoy a success rate with EFT that's beyond your wildest dreams

  • Solve the crucial problems, and achieve the results for your clients that you sincerely want to help, by learning how to 'get out of the way'

  • Enjoy the genuine appreciation of your clients, their friends and families

  • Dramatically expand the scope of presented problems that you're comfortable treating, because you're equipped with all the tools

  • Amaze your clients with the number of issues you treated in so few sessions (this works so well for referrals it's almost magical)

  • Achieve the primary goal of every client who ever presents a problem, and that is the feeling they are being understood

  • Make a real difference in people's lives and also enjoy a career that is more rewarding financially and more successful professionally

  • Apply EFT to any presented problem with elegance and ease

  • Avoid the mistakes that were blocking your success with EFT and eroding your confidence as a healthcare practitioner

  • Turn your biggest "challenge" clients into your biggest success stories

  • Never have to look for clients again, because they will be looking for you

  • Quickly and easily determine if you are dealing with the correct issue, and how to find it if you're not

"I loved this course - it way exceeded my expectations. I thought you were fantastic as a presenter; intelligent, clear and humorous. You surprised me over and over - saying and doing things (being totally irreverent) that were outside my expectations of a 'seminar leader's behavior.' I loved that! I was impressed by your skills with the demo's you gave and I am altogether INSPIRED by having met you, seen your skills and learned some new and valuable techniques. Many Thanks."

Now, if you're still reading this far, we know you're committed
to achieving a level of excellence in your practice of EFT. So,
we know you want to keep going, but first let us give you a
quick explanation of NLP

What is NLP?
Neuro Linguistic Programming

NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming, a name that encompasses the three most influential components involved in producing human experience:

  • Neurology - the neurological system regulates how our bodies function
  • Language - determines how we interact and communicate with other people
  • Programming - determines the kinds of models of the world (our perceptions, beliefs and attitudes) we create and live in

Interestingly, NLP is not concerned with why people do what they do (theory). The founders of NLP wanted to know how people did what they did, and that curiosity led to the development of NLP.

Neuro Linguistic Programming describes the fundamental dynamics between mind (neuro) and language (linguistic) and how their interplay affects our body and behaviour (programming).

NLP is a pragmatic school of thought that addresses the many levels involved in being human. NLP is a multi-dimensional process that involves the development of behavioural competence and flexibility, but also involves strategic thinking and an understanding of the mental and cognitive processes behind behaviour.

NLP provides tools and skills for the development of states of individual excellence, but it also establishes a system of empowering beliefs and presuppositions about what human beings are, what communication is, and what the process of change is all about. At another level, NLP is about self-discovery, exploring identity, and mission. It also provides a framework for understanding and relating to the "spiritual" part of human experience that reaches beyond us as individuals to our family, community and global systems.

NLP is not only about competence and excellence, it is about wisdom and vision.

Now that you are beginning to understand what NLP is, and that learning it can make quite a difference, let's continue.

The Secret To Achieving A Success Rate of 91% (or Better!)

The secret is in mastering the Heart of Delivery, and mastering the Heart of Delivery is actually much simpler than you might think.

Successful EFT Practitioners Understand That There Are
Many Aspects Involved In A Successful EFT Session

Learning how to gather the necessary information from the client so you know when to start tapping, is crucial. The heart of delivering EFT masterfully is listening to your clients. Really listening and hearing. They will tell you what you need to know to help them. You will spend a lot of time in small groups doing role-play exercises. This is where the theory is put into practise and you get first-hand experience of using a variety of different NLP techniques.

After the first practise session you will notice the difference these skills will make in your application of EFT. In fact, many students have been delightfully surprised at the results they're able to achieve after applying only one or two of the NLP techniques you'll be learning over the course of the weekend.

What You Will Learn Over The Course Of The Weekend

We will be teaching you four powerful NLP techniques over the course of the weekend. We thought long and hard about the topics and content we wanted to teach you, and feel that learning the following four NLP techniques, and combining them with EFT, will really help you to achieve the level of success with your clients that you desire.

We'll Start With The NLP Technique Called Reframing...

A very old Chinese Taoist story describes a farmer in a poor country village. He was considered very well-to-do, because he owned a horse which he used for plowing and for transportation. One day his horse ran away. All his neighbors exclaimed how terrible this was, but the farmer simply said, "Maybe."

A few days later the horse returned and brought two wild horses with it. The neighbors all rejoiced at his good fortune, but the farmer just said, "Maybe."

The next day the farmer's son tried to ride one of the wild horses; the horse threw him and broke his leg. The neighbors all offered their sympathy for his misfortune, but the farmer again said, "Maybe."

The next week conscription officers came to the village to take young men for the army. They rejected the farmer's son because of his broken leg. When the neighbors told him how lucky he was, the farmer replied, "Maybe."

The meaning that any event has depends upon the "frame" in which we perceive it. When we change the frame, we change the meaning. Having two wild horses is a good thing until it is seen in the context of the son's broken leg. The broken leg seems to be bad in the context of peaceful village life; but in the context of conscription and war, it suddenly becomes good. This is called reframing: changing the frame in which a person perceives events in order to change the meaning. When the meaning changes, the person's responses and behaviors also change.

Reframing appears widely in the therapeutic context. When a therapist tries to get a client to "think about things differently" or "see a new point of view" or to "take other factors into consideration," these are attempts to reframe events in order to get the client to respond differently to them. You will learn the 'road map' for this concept.

Here Is An Example Of Using Reframing With EFT

Client: "My mother is such a drama queen. She drives me nuts. People say I'm too sensitive." (Meaning: being sensitive is a bad thing.)

Practitioner: Now, we could simply have tapped on "This sensitivity to my drama queen mother," but instead chose to do a reframe first. This is what I said to the client:

"Congratulations! Being sensitive is an evolutionary step. I just wonder if you're ready to take the next step in your own personal evolution."

Client: "Which is?"

Practitioner: "Selective sensitivity." (New meaning: Sensitivity is a positive thing.)

Client: "Oh yes!"

In this case, the reframing of "being sensitive" (a negative) to an evolutionary process, produced a more positive, therefore acceptable meaning. Interestingly, the client mentioned during this session that she had tapped on her sensitivity to her mother herself, but found no change. It would seem reframing her sensitivity did the trick.

"Mental Programming, Thinking Styles And Behaviour Traits"
Or In NLP lingo "Meta Programs"

Now, remember when we said there are really only two reasons to attend this workshop - for yourself and for your clients - learning the following will provide you with some clues to your own mental programming, thinking styles and behaviour traits, as well as those of your clients. This new knowledge and understanding will enable you to help your clients even more effectively, and is a powerful way to achieve success.

Learning about Meta Programs will help you to identify your key sensory systems and major preferences in how you sort information. Based on your preferences, your mind selects the information that is important to you. Most of the sensory information is deleted because we receive millions of bits of information at any given moment in time. Unconscious mental processes sift through this data for the important information, because the unconscious mind can handle only 5 to 9 bits at any moment in time. Once your preferences have reduced the amount of information available, various meta-programs (internal programs that operate unconsciously) help you to further reduce the information and decide on a response.

The Nine Meta Programs we will cover are:
  1. Are you an Away or Towards person?
  2. Do you look at things Globally or focus on the Details?
  3. Do you prefer Choices or Rules?
  4. Do you listen to your own Internal criteria or External criteria?
  5. Are you Active or Passive?
  6. What is your preferred Sensory System?
  7. Do you like things to be the Same or prefer the Difference?
  8. Is your Time Line in the Past, Present, or Future?
  9. What are your Life Preferences?

"Dr. Alex Lees, from Canada, is a true expert at Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
I am a Certified Master Practitioner of NLP myself and hold a deep appreciation for its teachings. It has substantially enhanced my ability to deliver EFT. In fact, ANYONE that chooses to pursue NLP will become much better at not only delivering EFT but also in their everyday skills with people. And who couldn't use that? NLP! Highly recommended!"

Gary Craig
Founder of EFT

Here Is An Example Of Using Meta Programs With EFT

For instance the Meta Program for Global/Details Thinkers:

  • Global people like to see the big picture and panorama of possibilities before they get into the details. They actively resist getting into the details before they understand the broad scope of the issue they are addressing.
  • Details people like to get a grip on the details first. They like to understand everything about the issue before they can look at the big picture.

Client: "My life is a mess and I feel depressed"

Practitioner: Rather than tapping on the 'mess' and 'depressed' feelings I matched the client's state and global Meta Program with the response:

"I understand that the mess in your life is making you feel depressed"

Client: "Yes, everything I attempt to do turns into a mess!"

Practitioner: I then guide the client to come up with specific examples (the details) we can tap on.

"Tell me about some of the things you have attempted that turned into a mess. How about a specific event that we could tap on?"

Since the client is operating from a global Meta Program and details are not important to her, she needs to be directed to the opposite side of the global Meta Program into details. This allows the client to have a "specific picture" and provide more information in this instance. Elicitation designed to be well-targeted will get the information you want or need, and do so quite quickly.

Learning about Meta Programs will reduce frustration due to mis-communication.
Much of mis-communication is from mis-matched Meta Programs.

Another NLP technique that is very useful to know when trying to help people is called " Parts Integration."

When we speak in terms of 'inner parts,' or 'parts' of a person, it's important to understand that we're not talking about little people running around inside of us, or of a particular body part. 'Parts' is just a convenient way of talking about the experience we all have when we are divided, or in conflict; we kind of want to do one thing, and also want to do another at the same time.

Perhaps one part wants to be loved, and another part wants to succeed. One part might want to be taken care of, while another wants to be independent. Perhaps one part wants to be spontaneous, and another part wants to live by planning and routine. Whatever the internal separation, this method can heal the split, so that we can more easily and spontaneously act in ways that fit with who we want to be as a whole person, honouring all 'parts' of ourselves.

Here Is An Example Of Using Parts Integration With EFT

Client: After one round of EFT... "I had difficulty staying focussed on the issue. I'm sorry, but I don't feel any different."

Practitioner: "So, 'part' of you wants to clear this, and it's as if another 'part' is resisting the change, is that right?"

Client: "Yes. It always happens. I get a great idea for my business, and then I sabotage myself."

Practitioner: "Let me talk to the 'part' that does the sabotaging; give it to the microphone, for a moment, as I introduce you to a technique that will align those 'parts' in a way that supports you. Would that be okay?"

Client: "Yes, please!"

Practitioner: After the Parts Integration, another round of EFT was done... "Okay, we've now done an EFT round again. How are you feeling?"

Client: "Wonderful! More relaxed, and kind of lighter."

And then to tie all the information together that you have learned over the course of the weekend, you will learn how to Future Pace your new learning into the real world. As we say in our promotional flyers for our workshops:

"Take the learning out of the seminar and into everyday life."

Also, you will learn how to Future Pace your clients when they are in your office. This is a powerful way of helping your clients to take their new found feeling of wellness home with them. Frequently clients have said "I felt great in my therapist's office, we made so many changes. But, a few days (or a week, or month) later I started feeling like I used to." When you Future Pace your client's new feelings of well being, this isn't as likely to happen.

You've just read a partial overview of what you'll learn during the Heart of Delivery - Adding NLP to EFT workshop. There's actually much more than we have room to cover here, but we're sure you are beginning to get the idea about how much more effective your EFT can become when you also combine it with techniques from NLP. The beautiful thing is that it's as though these amazing tools were meant to be used together. As we said earlier, we've never seen ANYTHING that is as effective as the combination of EFT and NLP.

If you think of it this way; EFT is the most effective tool we've ever come across for removing an emotional issue, bar none. Where NLP is so valuable, is that it best equips you to gather information from the client, determine the emotional issue you are dealing with, and know the precise moment in which to begin tapping. To us, this is an excellent example of synergy.

The important point is this: there's now an elegant, and easy to learn, set of strategies and techniques that you can use to achieve the success you deserve. You see, we believe it's not enough to experience occasional brilliant results and make good general headway with many clients, only to falter when it comes to actually removing significant issues from their lives.

In fact, if you attend the workshop the combination of EFT & NLP will work for you whether you are a complete beginner with EFT, or a seasoned pro who has been practising EFT for years. With that in mind let's take a look at the workshop itself.
